Requirements

Vaccinations

We are excited to have your fur babies stay with us, please allow up to 5 days between vaccination and boarding. All vaccinations must be updated at the time of boarding. Proof of vaccinations may be presented upon admission or emailed directly at dogboardingofsanantonio@gmail.com

DPP with Adenovirus (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required.
Bordetella Required annually
Rabies 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required.
Canine Influenza- highly recommended

Flea and Tick Preventative Treatment Must be Current

All dogs are required to be on flea and tick preventative care. Tropical treatments should be applied more than 48 hour before booking.

Age & Potty Trained

Dogs must be at least 4 months of age. All dogs must be potty trained.

Spay/Neutered/Dogs in Heat

All dogs must be spayed or neutered to book for daycare and boarding. No females in heat accepted.

Overnight Boarding

A 2-night minimum. Pickup needs to be before 12 pm. Any hours up to 4 hours is an extra half day of daycare charge. Any hour over 4 hours is a full-day charge.

Restricted Breed

We do not permit Pit Bulls or Staffordshire Terriers. This includes breed mixed predominately with these bloodlines.

Appointment Booking

Boarding and Daycare are by appointment only.

Medications

Administering medications per your instructions. There is no extra fee. Owners must certify that their dog is healthy and has not been ill within the past 30 days. No sick dogs will be allowed or accepted and showing any signs of illness will need to be picked up immediately. Owners will certify that their dogs have not harmed or shown any signs of aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Should your dog display dangerous or concerning behaviors in our care, the owner will be notified.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY: To cancel a reservation, notice must be provided during business hours within 72 hours. Any less notice will result in one day charge for a full day of daycare or the full boarding reservation.
