She’s great with our big bear of a dog and she’s the sweetest person and great to work with. Extremely qualified, kind, trusting, caring, and a very clean boarding location. She sent us updates and photos of Luna so we knew she was having a great time and getting along with the other dogs. We really liked that she was able to be out and about and not cooped up in a kennel like at other boarding businesses. My only fear is that she may not want to come. LOL. The fact is she has a a lot of fun running around with Nicole’s dog Mia and any other dogs that are there. I’ve been leaving my dog with Nicole for over five years, and feel highly confident that my dog will always be in good hands while I’m away. She has done everything I asked for: she has administered medication, walks him daily , and sends pictures and texts every day to let me know how he’s doing while I’m away. My dog is a shy dog, but she always goes out of her way to make him feel comfortable. It makes me feel good to see pictures of him running and playing with the other dogs. What a great experience at Dog Boarding of San Antonio! Nicole is a true dog whisperer and my dogs loved her instantly. Nothing to worry about when boarding them with her. She personally plays with them and gives them free rein of her property, like they’re used to. If your dogs think they’re family members as mine do, Nicole’s is the place for them. She warmly welcomed them into her home where they had full access to lounge inside, or exercise in her nice (and clean) fenced in back yard. She even takes them for daily walks around the neighborhood. They are not kenneled and she treats them just like her own dog Mia, who is a wonderful play companion and wore my boys out! Nicole is very present and professional and takes her business seriously. I appreciated the daily text updates and pictures. No stress about leaving them with her, not even sure they wanted to come back home with me. Highly recommend, won’t ever board my pupps elsewhere!
